After installation of the vinyl floor, we noticed that they neglected to install quarter rounds in the laundry room and... failed to seal an area where there is a gaping hole due to how the vinyl was cut. Promised numerous times to fix these problems, but a constant no-show with no phone calls to explain why they didn't show up as promised. Unreliable!read more

The things you are complaining about are easily fixed but I have no idea who you are. Please contact Me personally at 561-734-1869. I have a feeling you are writing about the wrong company, however if it is Prima T&C that did your Luxury Vinyl installation all you need to do is pick up the phone and call me.
